A family builder, not a display village.
Lotus Family Homes designs and builds custom houses from Truganina across Melbourne’s west. We take on one family’s brief at a time: new custom homes, knock down rebuild and multi units. For knock down rebuild and multi units, planning permit and building permit are included.
Capacity
We typically have a small number of builds on site at once across new custom homes, knock down rebuild and multi units. Confirm current availability on a discovery call. We do not run a volume display programme.
Warranty
Every Lotus home is covered by a seven-year structural warranty. Ask us for the written terms when we sit down with your plans.

Come in after a call. Lotus staff submit finished homes through a private client portal; Spacia reviews and publishes them so the marketing site only shows approved completed work.
