Planning and building permits
Knock down rebuild usually needs both a planning permit and a building permit. We manage both, and we finalise the building permit before construction starts.
Build
Demolition is coordinated, then slab, frame and finishes under one site supervisor. You get clear updates while the old house becomes the new one.
Handover
On-site inspection, keys, and a defects period so you settle in with confidence. Seven-year structural warranty on every Lotus home.
