How it works

Design
Plans that give each home light, entry and outdoor space. Shared walls and driveways are resolved early so neighbours and buyers are not surprised later.
Planning and building permits
Multi-unit work almost always needs a planning permit as well as a building permit. We manage both, and we finalise the building permit before construction.
Build
One site supervisor through the programme. Staging and finishes are kept clear so each dwelling is ready for its own handover.
Handover
Inspections per dwelling where required, then keys. Seven-year structural warranty on every Lotus build.
